To be a a skate park builder, you do not necessarily need a college education but you would have a better chance of being hired if you have a 2 year degree in either architecture or engineering. This would help make the job easier by already knowing the proper ways to support things like ramps, etc.

The skills for the job could be either a degree in architecture or engineering and also some experiencing with tools and concrete or wood placement. Being familiar with tools would help you and your chance of getting a job because you would know what you're doing. Being able to understand blueprints, being able to measure long distances and being able to understand measurements.

The salary for one job can range from anywhere to 5,000 to over 100,000. If you live in a place like San Diego California where there is a lot of skate parks, you could make a lot of money a year. There is no strict yearly salary because of the different amount of money for each job.
